I think if they can complete an application properly and demonstrate that they know what they are doing, then sure give them an invite. Would hate for someone to think I wouldn't invite them based on age alone :) The good thing is that most of these current applicants, can't spell and are pretty much digging their own holes by not answering questions properly, showing much effort etc etc so I'm sure the influx wont get past the app stage!
